Permission-based email is email
sent to people who want it, in contrast to unsolicited email or spam.
You obtain permission directly or have an existing customer relationship
that implies the customer wants to receive your email. Many people, and
certainly email marketers, have varying definitions of what constitutes
permission-based email in terms of direct or implied consent.
Success Mail defines
permission-based email as email the recipient clearly and specifically
granted permission for you to send to them. Recipients must give you
permission by joining your subscriber list or opting in to receive email
messages.
To ensure your list is completely
permission-based, you must adhere to a 100% Confirmed Opt-In policy when
using this product.
Build your
permission-based subscriber list by creating and placing a sign-up form,
called an Opt-In Magnet, on the Internet. Visitors to your site can use
the form to subscribe to your mailing list.
What is Your Privacy policy?
We
are an email marketing company who is committed to keeping your privacy.
We require our clients practice permission-based email marketing. Our
acceptable use policy states that unsolicited commercial email (spam) is
not acceptable.
Sharing and Usage
We will not sell, license, share, transfer or otherwise disclose
individual information to any third party.
Why did you receive this email?
If you received an email from us, it is because you have a prior
existing relationship with one of our clients or someone has expressly
shared this address to receive emails regarding this topic (opt-in).
How can you stop receiving emails?
Each email sent through our system contains a link that allows
subscribers to unsubscribe from receiving emails from the sender. If you
wish to unsubscribe, follow the instructions in the footer of any email.

Is there training
available?
You do
not need training on our software because we do it all for you.
Our clients are busy professionals that are happy that we are
taking this off of their "to do" lists. We are the
only company that offers this "full service" at no additional
charge.
How
does it work?
After you sign up, you will email us your lists and content when
you are ready to send out a blast. Be sure to send us the
information at least one week prior to your requested blast
date. Then, we get it sent out for you.
What are your Guidelines?

Generally, you will be responsible to register for your own
account unless you have made other arrangements with us.

If for some reason, you choose to cancel your account, send
us an email at
info@successmail.biz for instructions. You are
fully responsible for taking the necessary steps with PayPal
(402-935-2050 or
www.paypal.com) to cancel your subscription.

When submitting content for email blasts, be sure to
remember that we will need to receive your information at
least 5 business days before your requested email blast
date.

Unless an actual HTML file is submitted for your blast, we
can not guarantee that your blast will look exactly like the
original content. This is due to reformatting in HTML.

For all new users, we must send out a permission request
form to your lists to make sure they approve of receiving
email communications from you. (This step is required
by law.)

For all & existing users, all new contacts added to your
lists must receive an email permission prior to sending a
blast.

How
do I get my list into my Success Mail account?
Easy! All you have to do is send an excel or text file of
your list to us and we do it for you.
What if I don't
have an email list?
No problem...it's
time to get started and we're here to help! At one point
everyone started off without a mailing list, so your situation
is not unique and we have powerful tools to help get things
rolling. You can easily put a 'mailing list signup box' on your
website that will allow your site visitors to easily &
automatically enroll for your mailing list.
We also encourage you to invite people to join your mailing list
at conferences, trade shows, meetings, sales calls and any other
time you're engaging your customer.
Even though you don't have a large list now, we'll plant the
seeds together and very soon your list will be growing fast.
We can also assist you in obtaining a worthwhile list of
prospects.
What happens to my list after you've uploaded it to my account?
Your list always
remains your property. Success Mail will never rent, share or sell
your list as is in accordance with our privacy policy. Once your
list is uploaded it will be safe behind our secure firewalls and
only you will be able to access it with your login and password.
Can I use my contact list from Outlook, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail,
etc?
Of course! You can
easily export your contact list for these and other popular
programs. In just a few minutes you can have those contacts
imported into your Success Mail account.
Can people automatically unsubscribe from my mailing list?
Yes. The entire
process is automated. All someone has to do is click the
'unsubscribe' link in the footer of your email campaign and then
they will be automatically blocked from future mailings.
Can I include more information for people than just their email
address?
Absolutely! You can
include a variety of information in every subscriber file
including their name, address information, phone number and
more. This way all their information is at your fingertips!

Reports & Stats
Can I see who has
opened my email?
Absolutely! The
second anyone opens your email, we record the exact date & time
and present that to you in an online report.
Can I see
who has clicked a link in my email?
Yes! You can see a
break-down of clicks for all the links in your email and can
even drill down to the details and see which person clicked on
each link. Of course, we'll show you the date & time that
happened, too.
Does Success
Mail show me information about bounces?
Yes. Managing
bounces is a very important part of email marketing and we make
it easy. For each campaign you will see a total number of
bounces. You can then view that list, export it, or use our list
cleaning feature to block those addresses from future mailings.
Can I see who has
forwarded my email?
Absolutely! With
Success Mail's "Forward To A Friend" feature, each person who
receives the email will be able to forward it along to their
friends and even attach a personal message. You will be able to
see who is forwarding your message and spreading the word about
your company.
How quickly do the
reports update?
Instantly and in
real-time. The moment your email is sent the reporting kicks
into high gear and tracks everything. If you send an email at
9:00am, you can login at 9:01 and follow all the action.
Are the reports printable?
Yes. When you are
viewing a report, you can click a 'printer friendly' version.
This will create a nicely formatted version of the report ready
to be sent to your printer.
Can I
export the reports into Microsoft Excel?
Of course! When
viewing a report, you can choose to 'export' that information to
a file. You can then open up the file in Excel and all other
popular database programs for further manipulation.

What does Success Mail do to make sure my emails get delivered?
We have
relationships with ISPs and blacklist providers around the globe
to help ensure your message gets delivered. Our ISP Relations
department works on your behalf by sharing our policies and
practices with ISPs thereby forging a relationship of trust
between us and them. After all, ISPs want their customers to
receive permission opt-in mailings and they trust Success Mail
to screen all outgoing emails and only allow legitimate mailings
to be sent.

How does pricing work?

prices. There are several plans to choose from, whether
you want to do a single email blast or subscribe to a monthly
subscription. You prepay for emails you would like to send
out.
Are
there discounts for nonprofit organizations?
Yes.
Nonprofits organizations receive at 20% discount.
Do I
have to sign a contract to use Success Mail?
Yes, we require you to sign an agreement form.
However, you may cancel at any time.
What credit cards do
you accept?
We accept all major
credit cards through Paypal.
What is your refund
policy?
We do not offer any
refunds. Please be sure to read our site thoroughly and
email us with any questions prior to making any changes to your
account.
