SuccessMail's pricing structure is different because we do ALL the work.  Therefore, we have set up a monthly subscription for 1 e-blast and semi-monthly subscription if you need to send out 2 e-blasts.  If you need more than 2 e-blasts per month, please give us a call at 484-885-1000 x1 to receive a personalized quote.

What is permission-based email?

Permission-based email is email sent to people who want it, in contrast to unsolicited email or spam. You obtain permission directly or have an existing customer relationship that implies the customer wants to receive your email. Many people, and certainly email marketers, have varying definitions of what constitutes permission-based email in terms of direct or implied consent.

 

Success Mail defines permission-based email as email the recipient clearly and specifically granted permission for you to send to them. Recipients must give you permission by joining your subscriber list or opting in to receive email messages.

 

To ensure your list is completely permission-based, you must adhere to a 100% Confirmed Opt-In policy when using this product.

 

Build your permission-based subscriber list by creating and placing a sign-up form, called an Opt-In Magnet, on the Internet. Visitors to your site can use the form to subscribe to your mailing list.

 

What is Your Privacy policy?

We are an email marketing company who is committed to keeping your privacy. We require our clients practice permission-based email marketing. Our acceptable use policy states that unsolicited commercial email (spam) is not acceptable.

Sharing and Usage
We will not sell, license, share, transfer or otherwise disclose individual information to any third party.

Why did you receive this email?

How can you stop receiving emails?

Is there training available?

Of course! We want to make you an expert right away so there are a wide variety of resources available to you. You can visit our Support and Learning Center for some useful and practical tutorials.

 

Do you have video tutorials?

You bet! Just go to our Support and Learning Center and click the icon and you will see a live video presentation appear on your screen that shows you exactly how everything works.


 

Software Features

 

Do I need to know HTML or have other technical skills to create an email?

Absolutely not! You will be able to create eye-catching outstanding HTML email campaigns that include pictures, text and links all without needing any technical skills at all.

 

Can your templates be customized?

Of course! We have a wide variety of templates that determine the structure of your email, but you will be able to customize every template with your logo, your pictures, your text (including font style, size and color), and your links.

 

How do I add images to my email?

That's easy! You will go into your online image gallery (which has unlimited storage, by the way!) and upload any image from your computer. Once the image is in your gallery, all you have to do is point & click.

 

Can I use my own HTML with Success Mail?

Yes. If you know HTML you can choose our 'advanced' template option, which will let you create your entire email in HTML from scratch.

 

Can I preview my email while I'm working on it?

Of course! The look of your email will never be a mystery to you. As you create your email you can click 'preview' to see a real-time update of what it will look like.

 

When will my email campaign be sent?

The real question is, when do you want it to send? You can choose the exact date & time you want your email to send. You can schedule it for an hour from now, two weeks from now, or next year.

 

Can I send myself a test copy of the email before it goes out to everyone?

Absolutely! At the end of the email creation wizard you will be asked if you want to email yourself a test copy. This way you can see exactly what it will look like in your inbox.

 

How do I enter the text I want in my email?

Customizing the text in your email is easy! All you have to do is type whatever you would like into a big text box or copy & paste it from your word processor. You can even format your text (bold, italics, underline) using a familiar toolbar.

 

Can I get a custom designed template?

For sure! We have a team of designers who can work with you to create an email template that matches your exact vision, and they'll work until they get it perfect! Call us for more info.

 

Mailing Lists

 

How do I load my list into my Success Mail account?

Loading your mailing list into your account is easy! All you have to do is upload your database by following our easy to use instructions. If you have a database in Microsoft Excel (or any other database program), then you just save it as a CSV, click 'upload', and you're done!

 

What if I don't have an email list?

No problem...it's time to get started and we're here to help! At one point everyone started off without a mailing list, so your situation is not unique and we have powerful tools to help get things rolling. You can easily put a 'mailing list signup box' on your website that will allow your site visitors to easily & automatically enroll for your mailing list.

We also encourage you to invite people to join your mailing list at conferences, trade shows, meetings, sales calls and any other time you're engaging your customer.

Even though you don't have a large list now, we'll plant the seeds together and very soon your list will be growing fast.

 

What happens to my list after I've uploaded it to my account?

Your list always remains your property. Success Mail will never rent, share or sell your list as is in accordance with our privacy policy. Once your list is uploaded it will be safe behind our secure firewalls and only you will be able to access it with your login and password.

 

Can I use my contact list from Outlook, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, etc?

Of course! You can easily export your contact list for these and other popular programs. In just a few minutes you can have those contacts imported into your Success Mail account.

 

Can people automatically unsubscribe from my mailing list?

Yes. The entire process is automated. All someone has to do is click the 'unsubscribe' link in the footer of your email campaign and then they will be automatically blocked from future mailings.

 

Can I include more information for people than just their email address?

Absolutely! You can include a variety of information in every subscriber file including their name, address information, phone number and more. This way all their information is at your fingertips!

 

Reports & Stats

 

Can I see who has opened my email?

Absolutely! The second anyone opens your email, we record the exact date & time and present that to you in an online report.

 

Can I see who has clicked a link in my email?

Yes! You can see a break-down of clicks for all the links in your email and can even drill down to the details and see which person clicked on each link. Of course, we'll show you the date & time that happened, too.

 

Does Success Mail show me information about bounces?

Yes. Managing bounces is a very important part of email marketing and we make it easy. For each campaign you will see a total number of bounces. You can then view that list, export it, or use our list cleaning feature to block those addresses from future mailings.

 

Can I see who has forwarded my email?

Absolutely! With Success Mail's "Forward To A Friend" feature, each person who receives the email will be able to forward it along to their friends and even attach a personal message. You will be able to see who is forwarding your message and spreading the word about your company.

 

How quickly do the reports update?

Instantly and in real-time. The moment your email is sent the reporting kicks into high gear and tracks everything. If you send an email at 9:00am, you can login at 9:01 and follow all the action.

 

Are the reports printable?

Yes. When you are viewing a report, you can click a 'printer friendly' version. This will create a nicely formatted version of the report ready to be sent to your printer.

 

Can I export the reports into Microsoft Excel?

Of course! When viewing a report, you can choose to 'export' that information to a file. You can then open up the file in Excel and all other popular database programs for further manipulation.

 

What does Success Mail do to make sure my emails get delivered?

We have relationships with ISPs and blacklist providers around the globe to help ensure your message gets delivered. Our ISP Relations department works on your behalf by sharing our policies and practices with ISPs thereby forging a relationship of trust between us and them. After all, ISPs want their customers to receive permission opt-in mailings and they trust Success Mail to screen all outgoing emails and only allow legitimate mailings to be sent.

How does pricing work?

Check out our pricing and services page to get a detailed list of our prices.  There are several plans to choose from, whether you want to do a single email blast or subscribe to a monthly subscription.  You prepay for emails you would like to send out.

 

Are there discounts for nonprofit organizations?

Yes.  Nonprofits organizations receive at 15% discount.

 

Do I have to sign a contract to use Success Mail?

Yes, we require you to sign an agreement form.  However, you may cancel at any time.

 

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Paypal.
